Mr Tommy Toh is the 2nd generation dessert master specialising in traditional cantonese desserts. His secret – a trusty, heavy-weight stone grinder that has over 50 years of history. Mr. Toh starts the grind from 2am in the morning to create the daily bowls of yummylicious dessert paste.

Mr Pan

Meet Mr Pan – The last hawker in Singapore who makes sachima by hand, even with a handicap. Always smiley and with a positive can do spirit, it is no wonder the regulars of his stall called him Ah Hei (Aka Mr. Happy).
